Lost is the lord of the flies in the land of the lost, is essentially what the poster is about. Oh, except all the kids are zombies, which could tie into the Lost producers' commentary joke on the post-finale season being an all-zombie season, with all the cast having been killed off. And, not to give anything away, this upcoming final season could be the zombie season, if you get my drift, but that's got nothing to do with this poster.
